Burgia the Creatan back pack, in our days. It was the way for the shepherd to bring his food on his back so that he could keep up with his sheep on the mountains of Crete. The same was for farmers. Burgia was the way to get their food anywhere. As you can imagine in those years the ways of transport where the legs and donkeys.. Hands had to be free!!
