Through our online store you can order products that meet your needs as well as your friends.
You also have the option of picking up your order at your address, another address, or sending it as a gift to a friend.
We can ship your order by post or courier depending on the place of shipment.
Please confirm that the shipping address you provide is correct and that someone will be at that address to receive the parcel. In case of an error in the address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.
All prices of our products are final including legal VAT.
We also reserve the right to change the prices of our products without prior notice.

ORDERS
You can order products in the following ways:
-Order after first registering as a member - member of our site. This way you will have the benefits of tracking your order, searching for order history, managing your favorite products, etc.
-Complete your order without registering. In this case we will know you as a customer but you will not have the convenience of the members of our online store.
Shipping parcels within Greece by SPEEDEX courier.
Minimum charge within Greece is 2,6€ till 2kg package. An extra 1€ fee will charge for every extra kilogram.
Delivery to Athens usually takes place the next day. The rest are delivered in 2-5 business days.
For shipments within Greece we work with the courier company SPEEDEX Courier.
If you are staying in an inaccessible area or island you will need to pick up the parcel from your nearest SPEEDEX courier.
If you choose to make the payment you will be charged an additional charge of 3€.
Shipping abroad
For shipments to countries outside Greece the shipping cost is 15,00 € up to 1 kg weight. And 10.00 € for every extra kilo. For shipments to countries within Europe, delivery usually takes 5-15 business days, and for shipments outside Europe usually takes 10-25 business days.
We provide simple shipping with HELLENIC POST with tracking number Monday to Friday.
The shipment is shipped within 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
CAUTION import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price of the item and are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact your country's customs office to determine what the extra costs will be before purchasing the product.
REFUNDS
We place great importance on how the products of each order are packaged to ensure that you receive your parcel in excellent condition. However, if you receive your order and find a problem with a product, we would like to let us know immediately at +306984127763 or email us at knossos.shop@gmail.com.
Product returns are NOT accepted.
